School is Right Around the Corner

Welcome back, Holy Family Catholic School Families!

On behalf of the entire faculty and staff, I hope that you have enjoyed a restful and relaxing summer! As I begin my fourth year at Holy Family Catholic School, I am grateful for the blessing of this community of staff, students and families in my life, and am eager to see you all on the first day of school, Wednesday, September 4th.

In an effort to get the school looking its best we’ve painted the gym, commons, middle school hallway, and entry area. The Chapel is well on its way to being completed before school starts – it is absolutely beautiful and will serve as a great gathering place for student and family prayer.

This coming Saturday, we have a Work Party Scheduled, August 24th, from 9 am to 1 pm. Please consider signing up the family to help with landscaping and kitchen preparations for the new year. We can use the help and it is a great way to get a jump start on your volunteer hours. Use this link to sign up: https://signup.com/go/fhbNRnf

I want to thank the team of parents and staff volunteers who made our 4th Annual HFCS Golf Classic August 2nd a huge success! It’s the dedication of our fantastic community that continues to make Holy Family Catholic School a center of faith and excellence. Your selfless gifts of time and talents help to transform this school continually.

We have a wonderfully dedicated crew this year. We wish those who are no longer with us at HFCS the best as they pursue their careers in other other avenues near and far.

Below please find some important notes and reminders about the start of the school year.

  • Supply Drop Off and Back to School BBQ on Tuesday September 3rd @ HFCS
  • 1st Day of School for Preschool through 8th, Wednesday, September 4th 8 AM
    • Mass on the field at 8:30 am (weather permitting, otherwise in the gym)

Enjoy your last days of summer. Looking forward to seeing you all soon.
