My name is Miss Sather (aka Miss Jennifer), and I teach Preschool and Pre-Kindergarten at Holy Family Catholic School. This is my 21st year at HFCS; I’ve taught 1st and 4th grades here. I was born and raised in a large family (three brothers and three sisters) in St. Maries, Idaho. I have an Associate of Applied Science degree in Child Development from North Idaho College and a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education with an endorsement in Special Education K-12, both from Lewis-Clark State College.
Teaching is an absolute passion of mine; my mission is to instill a love for learning in all of my students, giving them the fundamental building blocks they need to succeed in the years ahead. Children are born with unique abilities and talents that develop as they grow. It is my responsibility to explore every avenue to ensure that students are allowed to blossom.
I like to read, spend time outdoors, and be with family and friends in my free time. I am passionate about The Wizard of Oz and have a collection of different items.
