My name is Jackson Smith, and I am beyond grateful to be back at Holy Family, teaching middle school social studies and sixth-grade religion! This is my first year of teaching, and I am so blessed to have the opportunity to be part of such a great community as a first-year teacher.
I attended Holy Family Catholic School from kindergarten through eighth grade, graduating in 2017. I then attended Gonzaga Preparatory School for all four years of high school. After that, I earned a Bachelor of Science in History through both North Idaho College and Lewis-Clark State College.
I’ve known that I wanted to be a teacher since I was a freshman in high school. History and social studies are passions of mine, and I am grateful to be able to share them with my students this year.
I am so excited for what this school year will bring. Go Hawks!
