I am certified in K-12 Physical Education and Health for Washington and Idaho. I have experience teaching K-6 Physical Education and working in all aspects of injury prevention and rehabilitation with people of all ages. I have worked in the clinical setting as an Athletic Trainer for Kootenai Clinic Orthopedics and in the school setting as an Athletic Trainer for Walla Walla Community College and DeSales High School. My teaching experience includes K-6 Physical Education at Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Grade School in Walla Walla and teaching injury prevention and Nutrition 101 at Walla Walla Community College.

Through my strong background in caring for the body, I strive to cultivate the foundational knowledge needed to propel a healthy, active lifestyle. I believe a healthy body is vital to the health of the mind and soul, as our bodies are the temple of the Holy Spirit. As a PE teacher, I strive to develop a safe, structured, and physically active academic setting that is paramount to supporting the growth of the whole person.
