Dear HFCS Families & Friends,
As we continue our Lenten journey of reflection and community, I am filled with gratitude for the incredible spirit of love and support that defines our school community.
Community in Action
The Fr. Rassley Breakfast, March 16th, was a shining example of our collective commitment to Catholic education. We extend our heartfelt thanks to the Knights of Columbus of Pope St. Pius X and the Asbury family for chairing this wonderful event, as well as the many volunteers and parishioners that joined us. Your dedication demonstrates the true meaning of service and community support.
Honoring Our Educators
Our recent Parent Teacher Conferences were a testament to the strong partnership between our educators and families. Parents in Education provided tremendous support, bringing meals and encouragement to our teachers who dedicated long hours to these important meetings. Your generosity and commitment to our children’s academic and spiritual growth are truly inspiring.
Celebrating Student Achievements
Our young scholars continue to shine brightly! Congratulations to our basketball teams for their outstanding performance at the last home games. The determination and spirit they displayed were remarkable.
A special recognition goes to Dr. Emily Gussenhoven for organizing our first annual K-5 Science Fair. The creativity and hard work of our students were on full display, with projects that showcased their curiosity and scientific thinking. These exhibits will remain on display until the end of the week – we encourage all families to take a moment to view these impressive student projects.
As we progress through the Lenten season, let us continue to support one another, nurture our children’s growth, and live out our faith through acts of love, understanding, and community.
Pax et bonum,
Sue Styren, M.Ed.
