“A Night in Italy” – This Friday!

Let the children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these.” – Matthew 19:14

Dear HFCS Families & Friends,

As we prepare for this week’s much-anticipated Gala event, I am filled with gratitude for the incredible dedication shown by our volunteer team. Their tireless efforts truly embody the servant leadership that Christ calls us to practice.

At the helm of this wonderful event are our exceptional co-chairs,Kim Covella and Danielle Hoover, working in harmony with our dedicated Director of Advancement, Allie Linscott. Their leadership has been nothing short of inspiring as they coordinate the countless details that make this evening possible.

Behind them stands an army of committee chairs and volunteers who have contributed countless hours to transform our vision into reality. Their selfless dedication mirrors the values we strive to instill in our students daily – commitment, generosity, and care for our community.

This Friday’s “A Night in Italy” promises to be an evening of fellowship, celebration, and purpose. As we gather together, we not only strengthen the bonds of our school community but also secure the future of our beloved institution for generations of children to come.

I encourage you to bid generously on the beautiful class projects, lovingly organized by Cari Oberholzer. These treasures represent the creativity and spirit of our children and will make meaningful keepsakes for your family. The silent and live auction holds treasures to tempt every taste.

In the spirit of the Holy Family’s generous heart, I pray that our community comes together to support this important fundraiser. Through your presence and generosity, you help ensure that our school continues to provide exceptional Catholic education that nurtures both mind and soul.

“Whoever is generous to the poor lends to the Lord, and he will repay him for his deed.”

– Proverbs 19:17

Pax et bonum,

Sue Styren, M.Ed.
