Hello!  My name is Kevin Haler, and I am excited to be teaching mathematics and 8th grade religion at Holy Family Catholic School this year.  I taught high school chemistry and math for 14 years, but I have taught and tutored all levels of math and science from middle school through college.  I enjoy showing the connections between disciplines to help develop understanding of the subjects I teach.  In fact, the ability to infuse my teaching with the Catholic faith has inspired me to return to the classroom after several years away.

My wife and I have been part of the HFCS community for 7 years with our two amazing children.  We are also active members at Pope St. Pius X parish.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and learning more about my faith.  I also enjoy reading and going outside to hike or camp.
