Dear HFCS Families & Friends,
As we begin this new academic year, our hearts are filled with joy and gratitude as we welcome both our returning families and our new members to the Holy Family Catholic School community. What a blessing it is to see our hallways once again filled with the laughter and energy of our precious children, each one a gift from God.
We extend our deepest appreciation to the many volunteers and community partners who dedicated their time and talents over the summer months to prepare our school. Your generous spirits and willing hands have helped create the beautiful, nurturing environment our students deserve. A special thank you to everyone who contributed their efforts last weekend – your service truly embodies the spirit of Christian fellowship that makes HFCS so special.
We are incredibly proud to share that last year, Holy Family Catholic School achieved the honor of ranking second academically among all diocesan schools in our state. This outstanding accomplishment reflects not only the dedication of our exceptional faculty and staff, but also the commitment of our students and families. As we embark on this new school year, we set our sights even higher, striving with God’s grace to reach the number one position while continuing to nurture the whole child – mind, body, and spirit.
Mark your calendars for this Thursday evening’s Ice Cream Social, graciously hosted by our Advisory Council. This wonderful tradition provides the perfect opportunity to drop off school supplies, meet your child’s teacher, and connect with fellow families over a sweet treat. It’s these moments of community that strengthen the bonds that make our school family so extraordinary.
May this new school year be filled with learning, growth, and countless blessings for all our HFCS families. Together, with faith as our foundation, we will make this year truly remarkable.
Welcome home, HFCS family!
Pax et bonum,
Sue Styren, M.Ed.
